DimeStack LLC builds custom, self-owned servers and full-stack business systems for people who want real control over their digital infrastructure. This policy covers dimestack.systems and every form on it.
When you use our estimate wizard, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), a description of your project, your intended server purpose, your timeline, and your answers to technical scoping questions. We collect this so we can understand your needs and respond with a relevant proposal.
When you schedule a free callback, we collect your name, email, phone number, your preferred date and time, and any notes you choose to leave. We collect this so we can call you at the time you requested.
When you submit a contact form, we collect your name, email address, and your message. We collect this so we can reply to you.
That is the complete list. We do not collect anything beyond what you voluntarily provide through these three forms.
Your information is reviewed by the DimeStack owner and used only to respond to your inquiry, prepare a scoping estimate, or schedule your callback. Nothing else.
Your data is stored in a private MySQL database on hardware we own and operate. It does not leave that system for any commercial or analytical purpose.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketing platforms. We do not run analytics tools that track your behavior on this site. There are no advertising networks involved in any part of dimestack.systems. We do not use your contact information to send you unsolicited communications beyond responding to what you submitted.
Internal Telegram notifications go only to the business owner for operational awareness. Your data is never transmitted to any external party through that system.
We retain your information for as long as it serves a legitimate business purpose — typically the duration of an active estimate or project conversation. If no engagement follows your inquiry, we do not retain it indefinitely. You can request deletion at any time and we will honor that request promptly.
You can ask us what information we hold about you. You can ask us to delete it. You can ask us to correct anything inaccurate. Send your request to dimestacksystems@gmail.com and we will respond within five business days.
If our data practices change, we will update this page with a new effective date. We will not make material changes without making them visible here.
