DimeStack LLC — Effective May 25, 2026
These terms govern your use of dimestack.systems. By using this site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We have written this as plainly as we can because we believe you deserve to understand what you are agreeing to.
This website offers three things at no charge: a server estimate wizard that helps scope a potential build, an educational library of technical resources you can read freely, and the ability to schedule a free consultation callback or submit a general inquiry. None of these constitute a purchase, a contract, or a binding commitment on either side.
An estimate generated by our wizard is a planning range based on the information you provide. It is not a quote. It is not a price guarantee. It is not an offer capable of acceptance. No pricing, timeline, or scope commitment is binding until both parties have reviewed the full project requirements and signed a written agreement. DimeStack will always follow up directly before any final proposal is made.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide through any form on this site. If you provide inaccurate information, your estimate will not reflect the real scope of your project. That is not our liability — it is the natural consequence of inaccurate input.
DimeStack reserves the right to decline any project inquiry for any reason, without obligation to explain. We are selective about the work we take on. That selectivity is how we maintain quality.
This website is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that dimestack.systems will be available at any specific time or free of technical issues. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by downtime or content errors on this site.
The resources in our 101 library are provided for informational purposes only. They reflect our perspective and experience. They are not professional advice in the legal, financial, or engineering sense. Use them to learn — not as a substitute for qualified counsel when that is what your situation requires.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from your use of this site will be handled in accordance with applicable U.S. law.
If we update these terms, we will post the new version here with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
